There were stains all over the carpet where I took pictures and showed the front desk so I wouldn’t be held responsible and the carpet was filthy. There was mold growing up the wall in the bathroom shower. There were roaches in the room. One woke me up, crawling on me in the middle of the night. I got pictures of the roach on the wall. I went down and told the front desk in the morning all these issues And she admitted that they had a roach problem. I was very disappointed with your ratings because it didn’t match what the hotel was like at all.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. The door to the room shut but was very loose. You could pull on the door and move it easily when shut. Did not feel secure. Check in was quick and easy. Was decently clean. Beds were comfortable enough.

My first room #311 had cigarette smoke smell. I told the front desk and she said she note it. Then the room was missing the blackout curtain ~ so the bright lights outside were a problem. I told the front desk and moved to #321. This room had mold around the tub. I told the front desk. Breakfast was limited. Hardly any eggs and no waffle mix. Not a good experience for a Comfort Inn.
