The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon leaving be sure to turn thermostat 75 summer 60 winter. Remove all trash and place in receptacle provided. TRASH must be bagged. DO NOT put trash directly in receptacle.
Strip all beds used of sheets and pillow cases ONLY, Pile sheets, pillow cases, towels & washcloths in front of washer.
PLEASE leave mattress covers on bed and leave pillows and comforters on top of bed taken off of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything about this house was just what we needed. The large screened in porch with seating provided was absolutely perfect for our get together. The hook game provided entertainment for our youngest as well. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, cups and plates that were needed. The commercial ice machine was so cool! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!
