Introducing Suzy's Cottage, a recently renovated one bedroom cottage, in New Mills. This stunning and attractive stone building has been lovingly refurbished and renovated to a high standard. A perfect base for exploring the Peak District National Park and canal walks, whether you enjoy hiking or a short stroll around the many local natural beauty spots.

As you enter the property you step into an open plan lounge/kitchen. Stylish sofas are set in front of a gorgeous, exposed stone wall. A well-equipped kitchen boasts all modern appliances: oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, with a solid wooden breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee on.

A staircase leads up from the lounge into a spacious double en-suite bedroom. The lavish bathroom includes a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The property enjoys central heating, Wi-Fi, flat screen television and DVD player.

After waking up from a restful night’s sleep you can explore the nearby New Mills Marina and pick up a couple of bottles of locally brewed beer from the Torrside Brewery. The town of New Mills has a fantastic feel about it with an excellent selection of independent shops, cafes, art galleries, pubs and award-winning eateries. Dating back to the 1850’s the cottage exudes character and charm and is a super location to choose as a holiday base.

A four legged friend is welcomed at this cottage for a small fee (however, please note there is no garden) and parking can be found on-road in the local area. This property is not suitable to accommodate young children.
