the place was nice and is as pictured, view was lovely and for all the bare necessities listed the place did promise it did follow through on. But not really worth the price point for the small inconveniences experienced since it didnt meet the "luxury" stamp or price point experience, probably will not repeat.Positive: View was lovely and got a straight line valley view with a little bit of the white sands from a far. Inside the tent was nice and clean, and the dual bed (one queen and the other twin sized) was nice for the kiddo. Host were verrryyy response to our communication, and appreciated that alot.Issues were: Drive to the location, fair warning ...last mile was rough unpaved road and heavily graveled road for those who dont have decent vehicles/wheels. Some cleanliness, specifically found melted water and plastic bag(ice bag) in the cooler, and loose trash in weird places. Critters roamed free, showered with daddy long leg spiders and found a decent sized gecko inside the bathroom as a welcoming party. Shower had some issues, temperatures were scorching hot and ice cold, no inbetween. Toilet worked but also didn't work once. AC worked, but was really sufficient enough to bat away the hot temp inside the shelter at times, and a little bit of ventilation needed to keep the temp down at times.
