Tucked away on a quiet street and recently refurbished, this house offers modern and new amenities throughout styled with interiors that give a nod to the 60's and 70's. It's a perfect place for three individuals or even a family group of five visiting the local area. Perfect for those visiting or working in around the Chilterns town of High Wycombe.

Fantastic accommodation just needs a bit of tlc

Location couldn't be better, 300 yards from my folks. Myself, partner and 4 year old stayed for three nights. House is spacious, cosy, warm, and quiet after about 10pm. It is on a busy road. I wanted to give a 5 star review but for this sort of money i expect a good standard of decoration inside and out. All the walls, ceilings and skirts need cracks filling and a fresh coat of paint. Dead plants in the pots out the back wouldnt take long to sort out so your guests can enjoy. Just the small attention to details that would make this 5 star. I understand it is heavily used being so close to London, just needs tidying up in places.
