• Kitchen: The open-concept chef's kitchen boasts soapstone counters, a six-burner gas stove,
dishwasher, butler's pantry, and eat-in dining area. A formal dining room provides additional space
for gatherings.
• Living Space: Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room with picturesque pond views.
A sunroom and full bathroom complete the first floor.
• Upstairs Retreat: The second floor features a family room with a Smart TV, comfortable seating,
and an elliptical machine. A laundry room with a sink and folding area is also conveniently located on
this level.

Outdoor Oasis:
Enjoy the expansive outdoor space year-round. The front porch offers pond views and a porch swing, while the back patio features an outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, gas grill, and an outdoor shower. Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pond during the summer months!

House Rules -

Services: For your convenience, routine services such as lawn care, snow removal, garbage pickup, and pool maintenance may occur during your stay.

Parking: Please park only in the designated parking spaces.

Pets: Sorry, strict no-pets policy. An unauthorized pet will result in a fee of up to $500.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a fee of up to $500.

Weapons: Weapons of any kind, including firearms and hunting bows, are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a weapon will result in immediate eviction from the property.

Events: Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Noise: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

Fire Safety: Please use fireplaces and fire pits safely and in accordance with posted instructions.

Property Boundaries: For your safety and the privacy of others, please do not trespass beyond the property boundaries.

Camping: The use of tents, yurts, or other camping equipment is prohibited.

Wildlife: As part of our commitment to the environment, we do not use chemical pest sprays. We recommend checking for ticks after spending time outdoors.

Security: For everyone's protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the driveway and main entrance. These are not monitored during your stay unless an issue arises, and they never record the interior of the home.

You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
