Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Awful

Claimed they don't deal with H.Com said they were full then 20min later found 2 empty rooms. Both very dirty but we needed somewhere to sleep. Didn't try the food. No hot water to shower.
