A step up from camping, but not really glamping. Tents are old and zippers didn't work. People were courteous when communicating by phone, but hands off. Bathrooms and showers were neat and did the job. The gas grill and couches provided in the outdoor dining area for everyone was a nice touch with a spectacular view.
Loved this stay! It was everything and more. Will be back for a longer stay!

Why stay here? The view. The fresh air. The natural beauty. The fun of staying in a tent with a decent bed (without the work of packing it in & out). The awesome camp dogs. The ability to take great ATV tours (for an additional fee).
I really enjoyed this experience. Because of my work situation, we arrived just in time to ATV. Then it was past 9 pm, dark, and we hadn't had time to buy provisions earlier. If I had more time, I would have brought food for grilling, enjoyed a late night bonfire. Basically, I would love to visit again. And next time, I will spend more enjoying the campground, fire pit, and most of all - the views.
Note: "Glamping" is still camping. This place is a "light" adventure (nothing really difficult, but not fully customized to high maintenance people). It's not in the park. It's 30-60 min drive to the park (depending on which entrance). It's clearly not a hotel. There are a lot of little things that need maintenance (zipper pulls, Adirondack chair missing an arm, exposed screws on a bench, one of lamps was not functional, the bathroom toilet leaking at the base, the shower stall looking not clean).

One road to the site was impassable and the only other way was sketchy. If I would have had a larger vehicle (Nissan Rogue), I would not have been able to drive to my site safely/comfortably. The site was cute however the tent did not zip properly. Two layers of tent to zip at the door and neither of them actually closed all the way. Animals at the “petting farm” are super sweet, but all of them had discharge from their nose and eyes and their living conditions were disgusting. There was even a dead chicken in with the pigs.
I guess for the price it’s not a bad stay, I enjoyed myself aside from the above mentioned.
We had a very nice stay, well equipped tents. Unfortunately we had a very windy night, so it was very loud in the tent. Bring earplugs!

We appreciated the communication and access to staff at any hour of the day. Views were beautiful from the tent, and for a glamping experience it was nice to have a full bed, couch, AC, showers and bathrooms. It is the perfect spot between major hiking locations, and the local pets/animals were a nice touch to feel welcomed. However, tent cleanliness and access was a little troublesome - our zippers were broken off making it difficult to open and close the tent. Plus after two days, the floors and bed were covered in dirt without a daily cleanup. If there was a rowdy group staying in a tent nearby, the sound travels easily causing difficulty to sleep. Lastly, showers were more than often not clean and depending on the hour there would be little to no water pressure depending on if multiple people were doing showers or (from what we assumed) staff doing laundry. Also a good to know note is the property is literally on the Utah/Arizona line so your phone time can and will switch back and forth between time zones so be wary.
Usé Google maps to locate the address!! I had an amazing time. Clean and very comfy, the owners were very accomodatimg and super sweet! Will be booking my next stay asap.
Beautiful area, quite at night with lots of starry skies. Needs permanent buildings for showers etc

Glamping with a view!
Unique glamping experience about an hour outside of Zion. Beautiful views. We stayed in one of the tents and the beds were comfy. It was chilly while we were there, but there was a heater. We cooked out both nights and sat by our campfire enjoying the view. Lots of kid friendly activities on site. Zeus the camp dog was a gracious host as well and entertained our dogs. Anything we needed from the site hosts was just a call or text away. Also recommend reading the driving instructions they send in your pre check in email because Apple will get you lost!
I got turned around trying to reach the property and they were so helpful in getting me to my destination. My kids loved the experience and we will definitely be back!
We came back to this property a second time in a year. This time we brought our two boys for spring break. This place does not disappoint. It’s beautiful, clean, camping without all of the “work” and the owners are soooo accommodating. We love it here!! We visited several national parks within driving distance, cooked dinner over the fire. Can’t wait to revisit! Book now!

Thanks but no thanks
I couldn’t find the location without asking for help. It was about 30 degrees outside and the zipper to the tent was broken for most of the stay. Drunk people were arguing and crying and screaming all night. Despite my reports, no help was sent. I was afraid to leave the tent to use the restroom, much less start a fire or cook. There were no locks on these tents and guests claimed to have guns. Businesses are responsible for the safety of their guests, even the stupid drunk guests (like yours).

Going back in May
The campsite is wonderful! Tucked away and secluded yet close to town. The wagon has a comfortable king size bed and futon with a propane heater that warms up the area quickly. The office provided ice coolers to store food and the deck has an above ground fire pit and a charcoal burning grill. There are 4 bathrooms available and 3 of the bathrooms have a shower. Amazed at how fast the water heated up. There are warming lights for when you step out of the shower. Bathrooms have electricity. There are many hiking trails and it's a great place to ride ATV's. Charles, a co-owner, answered all of our questions and was on site ensuring our comfort. If I had to state a drawback, it would be a slow wifi. Our covered wagon experience was cozy, fun, and an adventure. We'll be going back in May for another covered wagon experience!

Beautiful place
We loved our stay! We booked a covered wagon and it was beautifully located. The bed was comfortable and there was also a futon for extra sleepers. Our host George was very attentive, respectful and accommodating. When we needed extra blankets or heat he was there in less than 5 minutes to help us. For a campsite, they offer more than the typical campsite. He gave us a fun and informative ATV tour as well. The only thing that could improve are the bathrooms, which should be cleaned and scrubbed at least once a day; other than that we loved the glamping experience. There's a "petting zoo" right across, not a real petting zoo but my wife loved walking over to pet the goats, sheep, pony and horses. Beautiful hikes all around. We will be back in the fall!

I stayed at Zion View Camping the first week in December. Despite the chill outside, my stay was very warm and comfortable. The bathrooms were always clean, warm and stocked. I received texts every night to check in before the property caretaker was finished for the day. It was beautiful and I will certainly stay again!
Charlie, the campground manager did everything he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Having never camped before, it was a fun experience. The campground had firewood, charcoal, and lighter fluid on site. Many other smaller amenities were available as well. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Kuddos to the cleaning personnel
