Property description needs to explain that this is a residential apartment complex

I would not stay here again. The room was nice. The property manager was very attentive. The complex is very busy and run down. There are likely more than 400 families here. I couldn't spend anytime on the lanai because it smelled like rank cat litter. The neighbor next door is a full time resident and doesn't take care of his place. It didn't feel safe walking out to the parking lot at night to grab things. Lots of roaches.
