This tastefully decorated villa is located in the quiet, serene portion of Palmetto Dunes. Nestled under mighty pines with an unhindered view of the George Fazio Golf Course, this property is sure to help you relax and unwind. Beachy, open floor plan that opens up to a deck with a table/chairs for dining and relaxing and gorgeous views of the golf course. The pitched ceilings give it an extra open and airy feel.

The main living areas on the first floor have all new hardwood flooring. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a beige sofa, matching loveseat and two chairs. Off the living room is the glass dining table with six cushioned chairs and the fully equipped galley style kitchen.

The downstairs master has both bedroom & hall access to the newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs you will find a guest room with queen bed and the loft bedroom with two double beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with shower/tub combo and each have their own bathroom entrance.

The Turnberry Village of Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and only is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site saltwater swimming pool open April through October and a community picnic area. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

2021 Family Vacation

Location was great. We have been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes for 12 years and this rental was worst in cleanliness. Made the best of it and enjoyed the beach as always.
