This quaint cottage is in the heart of it all. Close to family-friendly activities and nightlife, located on the main street of Bluffton SC on CALHOUN STREET. Park off street (1) space provided and walk everywhere. 2 blocks to the town dock and Church of the Cross too. There is a park behind the home as well as one block away. The home sits on 1/2 an acre of land with amazing oak trees.

Featuring a renovated bathroom, new living room couch that folds out into an extra bed, full kitchen with EVERYTHING including coffee maker, dishwasher, major appliances and ICE. Grill is provided along with access to laundry if needed. There’s a carport too if additional space is needed (shared with accessory unit).

Park and walk to restaurants, shops, bars and galleries. Located in the heart of Bluffton, 2 blocks to the town dock and the famous Church of the Cross. All of the pictures you see is within steps from the home. It's truly a one of a kind space and location.

You’ll love my place because of the light, the comfy beds and coziness of this home. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Try the Pearl next door for amazing dinner and drinks, or have breakfast at the Cottage across the street or coffee at Corner Perk at the top of the street. At the end of the street, just 3 blocks away, is the town dock great for watching sunsets. Park once and enjoy Bluffton and the lowcountry. 10 minutes to Hilton Head, 30 to Savannah or Beaufort, come and explore. Be sure to check out the Farmer's Market on Thursdays! We are happy to host you.
