1301 Villamare is a 3rd floor villa with breathtaking oceanfront views. When entering this villa, the main living area, kitchen, dining, and master bedroom are to your right. The main living has beige tiled floors while the bedrooms are both carpeted. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy.

Enjoy the direct oceanfront views from all rooms! The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counters and a breakfast bar that seats four and is accented with wainscoting. In the kitchen closet is a stacked washer and dryer. The adjacent glass topped dining room table seats six. In the living room there is a dark leather queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a 48” TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony that has a table for four. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while taking in the spectacular view of the ocean.

Behind the French doors is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, bench seat, and mounted 43” TV. This room has access to the balcony shared with the living room and has the same gorgeous ocean views. The master bathroom has an antique-style claw foot soaking tub, double granite vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom, with two Queen beds, is located on the opposite side of the living area offering great bedroom separation. This room has a 32” TV in the armoire and has its own private balcony with four chairs. The perfect place to relax with a book while enjoying the ocean sights and sounds. The private bathroom has a double vanity with granite counters and a walk-in shower.

This villa is truly one of a kind with all the upgrades you would expect in a luxury villa.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

This villa offers its guests an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. WiFi is free in public spaces. This villa also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
