This villa is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on the fourth floor, providing stunning views of the Beach, Atlantic Ocean, and Calibogue Sound. Guests can spot dolphins and shrimp boats from the beachfront living room, which is equipped with a 44" flat screen TV. The private balcony is an ideal spot for al fresco dining, with ample seating and an outdoor table that accommodates up to 6 people. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 6 comfortably, as well as a washer and dryer.

The Master Suite boasts a King-sized bed, a 32" flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in glass shower. Guests also have private access to the oceanfront sitting balcony from their bedroom. The beachfront Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds, a 39" flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The unit balcony is shared by the living space and the guest bedroom occupants. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beachfront pool with spacious decking, a poolside grilling area, and manicured grounds. A private beach path from the pool leads directly to the beach. The Beachside Tennis Villas are a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village, which offers the ever-popular Salty Dog Cafe, as well as live family entertainment, three restaurants, and an assortment of water sports.
