Our NEW BESTNEST/Luxe property at 2628 Calibogue Club in Sea Pines is a super stylish 3BR/3 BA townhome, just fully renovated with new and fabulous furnishings.

Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.

The decor is sophisticated, with a warm and inviting color palette and soft, inviting surfaces. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook-- or not. Enjoy multiple lounging spaces, including a spacious deck overlooking the lake to marsh. The view is simply sublime!

Each bedroom (1 King, 1 King, and 4 Twins in Bunks) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus wall mounted television in both King rooms, plus television in living room and also loft area-- plus games (great for kids of all ages). Enjoy our specially curated BESTNEST Spotify playlists on the JBL Bluetooth speaker.

What’s in a BESTNEST/Luxe:

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the DURATION of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps- you do not need to buy a supply for kitchen, bath, or laundry. We are proud to partner with such stellar brands as Mrs. Myers, Nespresso and Kiehl's, and Babyliss (one dryer per bath) to provide our Luxe guest with an unmatched experience on Hilton Head Island. You will also find a full supply of beach equipment including toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, plus Yeti cooler and Shibumi mini shade. Even a Rowenta iron and mini steamer for removing wrinkles for your night out. Really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

FAQ:

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

COMMUNITY/ONSITE POOL: Less than 1 minute walk and just for Calibogue Club guests.

COMMUNITY SPORT COURTS: 2 tennis courts and 2 pickleball courts for Calibogue Club guests only.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 10 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.
