Welcome to 28 Gunnery Lane, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in the heart of Sea Pines. This inviting island retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and amenities – ideal for your next Hilton Head getaway. With 150 feet of lagoon frontage and water views from nearly every window, this home is designed to immerse you in the natural beauty of the Lowcountry.
Step inside to an open, sun-filled main living area featuring vaulted ceilings, a formal dining space, and a cozy breakfast nook. The full kitchen overlooks the private pool, making entertaining seamless. Just off the main living area, an office with sliding glass doors provides direct access to the pool deck – perfect for remote work or quiet relaxation.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a peaceful patio overlooking the lagoon. The third bedroom also offers a comfortable king bed and its own patio, providing a private outdoor space for morning coffee or evening relaxation. One guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds and includes a smart TV. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, offering both convenience and privacy for your group.
Enjoy the outdoors with extensive entertaining areas, including an expansive deck, patios off both king bedrooms, a large private pool, and a soothing spa – all set in a beautifully landscaped, tranquil setting.
