3110 Windsor Court South is an adorable condo within the Windsor complex that has panoramic ocean views. The foyer, dining room and kitchen are all tiled while the living room and master suite have carpets. To the immediate right of the entrance is a bathroom with teal beach themed wallpaper, a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The open floor plan of this condo is very inviting and allows the view of the ocean to be seen from every room. The dining room has a glass topped table that seats four. Light blue walls and beach décor throughout makes this space feel bright. In the kitchen you will find granite countertops, white appliances and new gray cabinetry. There are three cushioned stools at the countertop. Inside the kitchen closet is the stackable washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen, by the window, is a small café style table for two – a great place to have your morning coffee.

The living room has a navy and white striped queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs and a 55” TV. Outside the sliding doors to the covered balcony there is a round table for two plus two additional chairs to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

Off the living room is the master suite has a king bed and 43” TV. There is access to the balcony that is shared with the living room. The private bathroom has a single vanity, built-in cabinets to store your linens or use as a dresser and a walk-in shower with rain shower head.

The Windsor Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers, fire pit, and a gas grilling area just off of the beach. There is also an elevator and covered parking for your convenience. 3110 Windsor Court South is a beautiful, bright and luxurious space for you to enjoy the ocean views from any room, a sea breeze out on the balcony, and all of the amenities that Windsor Court South and Palmetto Dunes have to offer.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
