Palmetto Dunes vacation rentals, like 3530 Villamare, provide luxury and comfort for everyone in your traveling party. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located oceanfront and has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balconies outside both bedrooms and the main living area.

When entering the villa, guests will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area. This bright and beachy villa offers Italian tile floors throughout and "panoramic views” of the ocean. The kitchen has green Silestone/quartz counters and three stools at the breakfast bar. The stacked front-loading washer and dryer are in the kitchen as well. The dining room has a glass topped table with seating for four. The living room boasts a green couch, glass coffee table, two seashell armchairs, and a 65" SMART TV. Just outside the door is a covered balcony that has a round table with four wicker chairs.

Behind the French style doors is the main bedroom, located just off the living area, and has a king bed, sofa, a 50” SMART TV, and a door to the balcony shared with the living room. The updated bathroom has Silestone/quartz counter tops and custom cabinets, as well as a separate room with a glass enclosed shower and toilet.

The guest bedroom, to the left when entering the villa, has two queen beds, a table that you can use as a workspace, a rocker chairs, 40” SMART TV, and an updated private bath with shower only. This bedroom has its own private balcony with four chairs for taking in the ocean views after a long day at the beach. Both bedrooms have keyed in-room safes in the closet for an extra amenity.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

This villa offers its guests an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. WiFi is free in public spaces. This villa also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
