4 Barrier Beach Cove is the vacation home of your dreams! This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in Folly Field is just 4 rows from the ocean and directly across from Chaplin Community Park, offering access to tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and a dog park. With a private pool and spa, game room, 4 king suites, and a short walk to the beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The ground level features a climate-controlled game room with a ping pong table, foosball table, pop-a-shot, tennis racquets, Wii gaming console, board games, smart TV, and cozy seating. The private pool (24' x 12') and spa can be accessed from the front staircase, or through the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. The fenced-in pool deck includes sun loungers, a dining table, a seating area, and a gas grill.

Inside the main level, you'll find an open-concept living area with a fully stocked custom kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, gas range, second fridge/freezer, and a standalone ice maker—perfect for those hot summer days! The living room includes ample seating, a smart TV, fireplace, and sliding glass doors leading to the pool deck. Enjoy meals or family game nights around the large custom dining table.

Not high on my list

Seven minutes from the airport which is fine for picking up folks in waves. Unfortunately that also puts you under the departure pattern for the aircraft leaving required a pause in your pool deck / beach conversation whenever that occurs. Items that required coordination with mgmnt during our stay: Elevator didnt work but fixed on day four, ping pong table collapsed, clothing washer sprung a leak and required technicans to be there for a few hours on two days. Pool /Hot tub sprung a major leak on day one, flooded front yard and required technician visit. In all, the property is tired and in need of maintenance. Didnt stop my fam from having fun though.

This house is great! Love the location and the house. Things that we would have liked is bikes available, we didnt have any, and in the description, it said we would. We would have liked a "hot" hot tub. I understand the pool not being heated, but the hot tub we expected to be hot. The outside shower was hidden and not easy to access. We would definitely book this house again. Thank you

Amazing property!

We had such a great experience renting this house! The house itself was beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities, and the pool/spa was clutch. We had one issue with the pool early in our stay, but the property manager came out and fixed it within an hour. The location was quiet but close to HHI's best spots. Rent this house!

Great location and spacious house

We loved our stay this past week. The house had plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for everyone. We had 4 adults and 6 children (ages 6-14). The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and pool. The spa was not working properly when we were there, so I reached out to the management company on Wednesday to let them know. They responded right away that someone would be there to look at it the next day. That’s all we heard about it, but it wasn’t fixed until we were loading our cars to leave that Saturday. It wasn’t a big deal because we still were able to use the pool. The beach is a short walk away. We didn’t find the outside shower in the back of the property until the last day. We would definitely stay again.

great house, great location

As a first time visitor to Hilton Head, I had no real idea about where things are, etc. We were nervous if the house was really close to the beach or activities. Hilton Head is kind of spread out so you need a car in most areas to get from spot to spot. But, this house is maybe 2 block walk to the beach on a side road - across from a park. The house has a pool and hot tub in front which is really where the kids wanted to go most of the time (and maybe the rest of us too) - and it was really perfect. The house is large and well-appointed and the stay was pleasant and calm. The owners were super-helpful and accomodating which was another big plus.

Our Best House Rental Ever!!

Awesome house...just as advertised! The elevated pool/hot tub at the same level as the main living area was amazing for convenience and safety. The host was extremely responsive and the few minor issues we encountered were immediately resolved. The four king bedrooms and kid's bunk rooms were wonderful and made our stay with 14 people (7 children) extremely comfortable. Can't go wrong staying here! Thank you for your great hospitality!

This house is as 100% as advertised! We enjoyed a week of time with family. The community park across the road is fantastic for six boys between 7 and 12. The walk to the beach is easy and Hilton Head beach is always perfect for relaxation! The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are comfortable. We are planning another visit already! Thank you.

So much fun!

We had an incredible time at this property. Everything was clean, organized and the house was just beautiful. The house came equipped with a ton of games, beach toys and accessories, as well as bedding and sleep supplies for small children. The beach was a very short walk from the home and the area is great for runners, walkers, etc. There is also a park right across the street for kids! The property owners were just a phone call away and were so helpful in answering our questions. The only issue we had was that the hot tub instructions didn't seem to match the buttons on the actual hot tub. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Family vacation

This place was great for my family. I had all 5 of my children, their spouses and children. 15 in all and we all had a great time. The hot tub and pool were a huge hit! We loved the bike paths, beach, and the parks. The kids loved go out for dinner and each family cooked and cleaned up one night. It worked out awesome! Everyone is already talking about next year.
