A hidden gem in the heart of Shipyard! Only minutes to Shipyard’s private beach and minutes to Hilton Head’s most popular public beaches, shops, and restaurants!

Upon entry you are greeted by a lovely living room with a full wall of windows overlooking the private backyard. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas. This is the perfect large gathering space for your family! Both kitchen and living room have access to the oversized back deck and out to the pool and grill area. The backyard is very private, with a lagoon shaped pool, loungers, and plenty of shade!

The first of four bedrooms is just off the living room, featuring two twin trundles, a tv and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The three king bedrooms are on the other side of the home. One of the bedrooms has a private bath with a double vanity, tv, and views of the backyard. The additional king bedrooms face the front of the home, each have a tv, and will share the hall bath with a shower/tub combo. There is an extra sleeping area upstairs with a single twin bed.

Overall, good location, great pool. One recommendation would be to provide pool towels. I realize the listing specifies no pool towels, but for families traveling via plane, it helps to eliminate additional cost in purchasing when the property isn't cheap to rent for the week.

Great House

The house was just what we all needed for everybody to be comfortable. Loved that there were so many king size beds. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, refrigerator with an icemaker. The pool was clean. The only thing I would suggest is cleaning the cobwebs out of the ceilings, specifically in the bathrooms, and especially in the skylights. Floor was a little dirty however I know that their is sand at the beach so we get that but it still could’ve been a little cleaner in that aspect. Not sure why this happens, but the washing machine did cause some black something on some of our clothing in a couple of pieces of clothing were torn. Probably should do some maintenance on the washing machine. Overall, the house was fantastic. We had a great week. Thank you very much.
