Throughout the condominium, you’ll notice several updates made in 2026 that make this beach contemporary vacation rental especially appealing, including both bathrooms being fully renovated.

The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with all the accoutrements of home, preparing meals for the family is made easy. The kitchen bar comfortably seats two guests for coffee or casual conversation.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area seats four guests with ease. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Fully renovated in 2026, this bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Just beyond the kitchen and dining spaces, the living room brings beach contemporary style center stage. Comfortable yet stylish furnishings, an HDTV, and a large sliding door leading to your private balcony make this room a wonderful place to relax.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized Marriott Bed, HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom. Fully renovated in 2026, the primary bathroom includes a new vanity, a large tiled walk-in shower, and a separate freestanding soaking tub for the perfect spa-like retreat.

Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The beach is easily accessed with a short trip down the elevator and out to the shoreline!
