HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Gorgeous 2, 3, and 4 bedroom two-story villas are attractively decorated and have open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, skylights, decks, and screened porches. On-site amenities include private pool, spa, bath house, and children's pool. Located near Arthur Hills golf course, Barrington and Windsor Place oceanfront villas. *Pool and spa heated seasonally. This bright and cheery Hilton Head beach villa offers beautiful lagoon views from almost every room. Enter to a spacious living area with a sectional sofa, vaulted ceilings, 46” HDTV with upgraded sound bar and Blu-ray player, decorative fireplace, and large floor to ceiling windows. Off the living room is a sunny deck with chairs and BBQ grill. The dining room connects with the living area and seats up to 8. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and 4 counter stools. Off the dining room is a great screened-in porch with a table and chairs with restful views of the lagoon. Two bedrooms are located downstairs- -the master has a king bed, en suite bath with private toilet room, large glass-walled walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. It has a 40” HDTV, Blu-ray player and a private exit to the screened porch. The other bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV with DVD and uses a hall bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a loft with an upgraded sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a king bed and one with two extra-long twin beds. Each has an HDTV, Blu-ray player and its own private bath. All 4 bedrooms feature upgraded mattresses and the four bathrooms have recently been remodeled. This great Hilton Head Island villa is just few minutes walk to the beach. High speed internet is available to guests at no additional fee.

Hilton head paradise

It was an amazing place. We had everything we needed. The property was outstanding and had a lot to do. The beach was super close as advertised. We wilp definitely be thinking about staying there again.

Absolutely beautiful and large enough to provide space for family members

Our family had never shared a residence before, and we decided to give it a shot. There were 3 adult couples and two young grandchildren. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths there was a way for all of us to have some space. We used the "loft" upstairs as the playroom which kept us from dodging toys in the living room. The screened in porch became a gathering place that we all "drifted" too. One of our uniformly great memories was a rainy afternoon. We all gathered on the porch, played rounds of UNO, had a glass or two of wine and the little ones played out there. What could be better! Thee accommodations were so very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped, and we have some great cooks in the family. The pool was just a few steps out of the door, and the walk over to the beach was a quick one. We've already booked for next year even before we left!
