Welcome to our home away from home! We truly hope you enjoy your stay in our Dunes Villa nestled in the South Forest Beach area of HHI near many island amenities.

Our villa is a quick 6 minute walk to South Forest Beach. Take a 1 mile bike ride to Coligny Plaza or Celebration Park where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops & live music. The pool & tennis courts are only steps away from the front door. There are many award winning golf courses located across the island. The villa offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an eat in kitchen and a living room. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds. A queen size sleeper sofa can be found in the living room for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and provides everything you need to feel at home when you are vacationing. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Beach chairs and a cooler are available in the outdoor storage bin for guests to use during their stay. Please bring your own beach towels!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire villa. They have access to a shared patio in front of the first floor unit. There are chairs inside the storage bin for guests to enjoy while lounging on the patio. Guests may also visit the community pool and tennis courts.

The villa comes with one assigned parking spot that is located in front of our unit. There are additional guest parking spots within the community that may be utilized on a first come first serve basis.

Don’t feel like driving, guests may walk, rent bikes or use the free island trolley, The Breeze to get around the island.

The cleaning service provides a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Hilton Head Island villa is smoke free.
