Barefoot Bungalow! Ocean View Couple’s Retreat

Beautifully designed beach villa with a new king bed (2025) and stunning ocean views—just steps from the sand! This custom-decorated retreat features a gorgeous kitchen, full standing tile shower, and open-concept layout, perfect for couples. Located in the oceanfront Seaside complex, it’s within walking distance to the Tiki Hut, Coligny Plaza, dining, and entertainment, yet never feels overcrowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Direct beach access on the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
Our customers tell us they can't get enough of the overall property condition at this condo building. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Coligny Beach. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

The condo was close to the beach and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the beach access was closed when we visited but the hosts informed us about the beach closure (to replenish the beach) in advance and told us alternative ways to access the beach. They also would have allowed us to alter our plans. We shortened our stay just one day and appreciated the location near shopping and dining.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. Kendall was great and very responsive. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being that close to Coligny plaza and eating at the Frosty frog. We will definitely be back again.

Easy beach access, property has nice beach rinse stations and a pool that was empty most of the time. No complaints about the room itself. However... the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It seemed to be one thing after the other. First, we see many hairs on the bed then the staining on the quilt and pillows... not ideal. Then the bathroom which looks like the shower corners never get scrubbed.

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love it! Amazing location so close to everything! Host was super sweet with gifting us anniversary cookies! We arrived early on check in day and they were so nice to set the beach chairs outside the room so we could head straight to the beach! Truly don’t think we could find a better place to stay!
