Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony in this rare two-bedroom villa at Seaside Villas. This beautifully updated condo offers a bright, open layout with modern furnishings, updated appliances, and central air for your comfort.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed for a restful stay. The spacious living area includes twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa, making it perfect for families or groups. Smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms provide entertainment, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.

Located in a gated oceanfront community, you're just steps from the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Right across the street is the Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Bikes and beach chairs are included, making it easy to explore the island and enjoy the outdoors. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Onsite amenities include a sundeck, pool, and grilling area, offering everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway!

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property.

Can only occupy 2 parking spots. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 2 parking permits will be issued, don't block anyone in. Please let us know if you need the second parking pass.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Coligny Beach. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

This was a great place to stay when visiting our daughter at school. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us since so many places are incredibly small at Hilton Head. We were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets easily with the beach access. I highly recommend this place for families.

It was exactly like the pictures!! All of the extras they provide so convenient from the beach chairs to the toys for kids, the bikes and the kitchen ware. Access to the beach was just a quick walk. The location of this condo was good. A few steps from the beach, good beach view. The bunk beds are very small but very convenient for small children. The condo was clean, and good strong air conditioning. Big fridge with ice dispenser for those coolers. There were towels but we brought our own. Pool was clean. We had a good peaceful time. A great getaway! It was so nice have 2 bedrooms-lots of space! Everything was great…one thing that hindered my kiddos from sleeping in the bunks was the air vents-they were black, but other than that it was a great stay & would look forward to staying again.

Beach, Convenience, Great Stay

The condo location is awesome for access to the beach, great ease to get to the unit with loading and unloading designated space and elevator. Unit is up to date, kitchen goods are fine. Perfect space with two bathrooms. View of ocean and short walk to the beach. If you have children, there is a ton of beach toys, wagon for the beach. Kendall was very responsive to our needs and was communicated in a timely manner. We plan to return next year for our girl's trip to get out of northern weather. Tons of restaurants nearby with great food, shopping fun as well.

Girls getaway

This condo was great. Location amenities. So nice to have starter kit for long weekend. Paper towels , soap, shampoo, towels and bedding. Kendall was on top of everything and this condo was close to Coligny. We walked and biked. Short walk to beach. Would stay again.

Was there for a golf tournament. Have stayed at this location multiple times. Great beach side location. Lots of room, parking, security, quiet, and amenities (bikes, beach chairs, beach toys). Excellent response from owner. We will be back.

Wonderful place, great location

Great location to beach, Coligny and Sea pines

We enjoyed our stay. The villa location was perfect. Short walk to beach and Coligny and quick car ride to Sea pines. Loved that bikes were provided. The villa supplied everything we needed for our week stay and was very clean and updated. Our family of 4 fit perfectly. The only down side was the primary bedroom backed up to the elevator.
