Situated in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you'll have direct beach access and be just two blocks from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. This fully equipped villa features a comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, smart TVs, strong WiFi, and included bikes & beach chairs—everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! 🌊☀️🚲

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Located in South Forest Beach, just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with dozens of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Walking distance to Lowcountry Celebration Park with a huge children's playground, outdoor fitness trail and equipment and live entertainment.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Coligny Beach. You'll find features like laundry facilities. The condo offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

The place was clean and in good location. The host interaction was good. The space was so small there was no room to open suitcases, put bathroom needs, etc. it was much smaller than I thought. Will have to be more aware of that in the future. A charge if 125 was made for cleaning but we were asked to take a trash bag down.

My gf and I needed a break so I booked this condo last minute. Everything was perfect for the 2 of us. They had cookies waiting on us that my gf loved so much she asked who made them so we could get more. The power went out one night, and after trying everything I knew to do, I called Kendall and they were there to fix the problem within minutes. It was nothing short of perfect, and we will definitely be booking again!

Fantastic condo a short walk from Coligny. Condo had every amenity needed, was clean and very well maintained! Property managers were prompt and very helpful (Our entry code wasn’t working when we arrived, and they corrected instantly)! Perfect weekend getaway!

My husband, college age daughter and I spent a quick weekend in HH for some much needed beach time. We have stayed at Seaside Villas and love the location! This condo was close to the beach access, had a ocean view, cute decor and two bikes to enjoy! The owners provided a sweet gift and great communication! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
