As advertised

As other reviews, it is small, however all a couple needs. Was clean and had everything that is needed for a beech rental. The only negative is with a king bed there is no room for your luggage in the bedroom, the bed encompasses the whole room and there is not a single closet. That said I would rent again, meets the needs of my wife and I.

Family vacation

Communication with owner was excellent. Space was a little tight and an oven would have been nice, but overall, the condo was clean and updated. Excellent view and the extra beach essentials were appreciated.

Perfect Location!

We wanted to stay on HHI, be right on the beach and be able to walk everywhere - the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, shops … and this cute condo fit that bill! While the condo was small, it was the perfect size for the two of us! It has been completely updated and has a great relaxing “beach” vibe! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio in the mornings and walking to Coligny Plaza to listen to music in the evenings. We plan on returning to the Breakers again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. This is an older property, the unit itself has been remodeled and is really nice but small. This property is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, live music, drinks, etc.
