Xanadu Villas is a privately gated condominium in the Coligny beach area of Hilton head. Our unit D21 efficiency on the 5th floor, has all of the modern conveniences of home. You are a short walk away from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Coligny Plaza. And there is neighborhood beach access right across the street from Xanadu Villas.

Our newly renovated, 5th floor vacation rental is cozy and modern, perfect for a long weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked and towels and sheets are provided as well as beach chairs and beach toys. Beautifully remodeled bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.

Xanadu Villas has an elevator and offers a private pool, two tennis courts and a picnic area with grills and tables. Bicycle racks are available with numerous bike rental locations nearby for the over 17 miles of bike paths on the island.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Lowcountry Celebration Park. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the condo.

Quite Time

It was small but large enough for one, and maybe even two. Very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to the beach. The worst part of the entire trip was getting the key fobs out of the lock box, several people were having trouble with theirs also as the lock box was new to me and I wasn’t sure how to operate/use it and then hard to get it to open, but it was a learning experience and I enjoyed my time.
