Modern oceanview villa just steps from the beach! This beautifully updated first-floor retreat features a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, sleek furnishings, updated appliances, and stylish rustic flooring. Designed with a modern coastal feel, the open layout offers plenty of space to relax.

Unit 179 is located within Seaside Villas, a private, gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach. After many visits to Hilton Head Island, it is important to us that all of our guests are provided with everything they could need for a day at the beach, including a wagon, chairs, beach towels, a soft cooler bag, a sun umbrella, a Bluetooth speaker, and sand toys. If you are staying during the colder months, there are games, popcorn, and a smart TV for entertainment.

The kitchen includes a drip coffee pot and Keurig, a toaster, and a blender. There are plates, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. Although the kitchen is fully stocked, if you prefer to go out and explore HHI for dinner, you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops in Coligny Beach Plaza. A grocery store, the Tiki Hut, Frosty Frog Cafe, and Pool Bar Jim's are all within walking distance!

There is a community pool (open Apr. 1 - Sept. 30), a grilling area, limited covered parking, an ample-sized parking lot, and bike racks. Elevators are located in the building, and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.

We personally manage two villas in the complex, ensuring top-notch hospitality. We also own three other condos, (2) two bedroom and (1) three bedroom, in complexes close by.

Unfortunately, no pets are permitted at Seaside Villas. The condo association charges a $500/day fine if a pet is on-site. That fine will be assessed to the renter if a pet is found on-site.

Villa was right at stairs which assisted in bringing items in. Had a couple of questions for the host early on and she was very quick to respond. Liked the fact we did not have to pack an umbrella for the beach since one was in the villa. Also, bikes were convenient to get to some of the restaurants within a mile or two, so we did not have to take car out. Due to complex setup and the long walkway to the beach(which is pretty common in HH), had a small beach view, but complex is on the beach. Also, the owner supplied some snacks which were appreciated, especially by a couple of our grandkids who came over early in the week for a few hours! We enjoyed our week in the villa and complex was not too busy/noisy.
