Welcome to our renovated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa at the Beach Front Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. This Villa is a 5 minute walk to the Resort's beautiful Private Access Beach and largest outdoor pool on the Island. New appliances & furniture. Sleeps up to 4 adults & 3 kids Comfortably. Villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, Coffee Bar with Keurig, 3 Wall Mounted Smart TV's, & Hi-Speed Wifi service. You're only steps to the Resort Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Playground, Picnic Area & Charcoal Grills. On-site bike rentals will allow you the opportunity to explore the Island and enjoy the scenery offered on the many bike/walking trails. Resort has 3 on-site restaurants with one across from the pool on your way to the beach which offers food, drinks and ice cream. Resort includes 24 hour manned security and on-site maintenance. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive or Trolley ride from the resort. On-site bike rentals are available.
