🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking for 1 vehicle is available in the Queens Grant parking lot. Overflow lots are available for additional cars.

• Palmetto Dunes gate/parking passes required; be sure to pick up your pass at the gate.

• Access to the community outdoor pool and tennis courts is included. Availability, hours, and any seasonal closures are managed by the community.

• This home is pet friendly. One pet is allowed per stay. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
