Cozy Ocean Oriented Town Home - Short walk to Beach

Welcome to Seascape 3053. This is a two story townhome located along South Forest Beach Drive which is a short walk to the beach as well as Coligny Plaza. The first floor of the villa has updated furnishings, with TV and coffee table. The dining table seats six. Sliding glass doors open up to a large deck with patio furniture with lovely views of Spanish moss draped trees and Palmetto palm trees.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and there is a side by side washer/dryer set off to the side.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a king size bed. This bedroom has a wall of windows that looks out onto the courtyard with palm trees and Spanish moss draped trees. There is a TV in the room and the master bathroom has a combination shower/tub.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size day bed with a twin trundle underneath. There is a TV is the second bedroom. A bathroom with a stand-up shower is located in the hallway directly across the room.
