Easy Breezy at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis

Enjoy our wide ocean view from our 3rd floor 1 BR Ocean Villa - with all of the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing stay at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis resort.

Our villa has been newly decorated, and is conveniently located just steps from the only elevator in the building.

Our resort offers the largest pool on the island, several restaurants, a large playground & picnic area, on site bike rental, 24 hour gated security, 8 lighted tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, & fitness center.

Our beachfront condo is the perfect cozy place to make memories and enjoy the beach, and we have appointed it just for this purpose.

Enjoy the coastal comforts of our queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds (best suited for kids under 16), and a pull-out sofa queen bed. We also have a queen sized inflatable air mattress and a pack-n-play available in the bedroom closet.

The kitchen is stocked with a new Keurig coffee machine + a conventional drip coffee machine, a tea kettle, new cook & bakeware, and all the utensils you will need to make a nice meal for your group. A crock pot, toaster, and blender are also all available.

High-speed secure wifi is throughout the unit, with a smart TV in the living room and bedroom. We also have multiple board & card games for the whole family to enjoy.

Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee on our outdoor lanai seating. Our free beach accommodations include beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach wagon for your convenience.

The resort provides 24 hour security guards and property surveillance. The cost of your stay includes a parking pass for 1 vehicle. Note that the resort charges $35 for each additional car that guests may have during their stay. Just let us know ahead of time and we can arrange for more vehicles if needed.

We provide a starter pack of soaps, shampoos and conditioners, as well as detergent for both dishwasher and laundry. Our hope is that these amenities will get you by so you are able to experience a painless check-in before heading to the store to pick up your own personal items for your stay.

All of the amenities of the resort are available for you to enjoy during your stay!

24/7 security is available with ample shared parking (via multiple large parking lots).

All areas of the resort are available for guests to enjoy!

We provide the owner`s direct phone number to guests, available throughout our guests stay for questions or issues. We also actively communicate to our guests via the AirBnB app and are available 24/7.

We are located on a beachfront resort within the Folly Field Beach area of the island, with beautiful pristine beaches and a short 10 minute bike ride from all that shelter cove has to offer: many restaurants, bars, shops, and a nice playground for the kids.

We are only a 5 minute drive from Hilton Head regional airport, and are in the east side of the island- which means beautiful sunrises from our beach every morning!

You can bike or walk to just about anywhere via direct-access walking/biking paths from the front of our building.

Additionally, The Breeze island shuttle stops right in front of our resort (and is free!)- and has stops in all of the popular Hilton Head neighborhoods and locations, including Shelter Cove, Coligny Beach, and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Uber / Lyft are also reliably available and will pickup right from the resort.

For stays longer than 1 month, we require a brief rental agreement to be signed.

We communicate with our guests before their arrival to ensure a smooth check-in, and do our best to ensure an enjoyable & relaxing visit throughout.

We take pride in our family condo and are so happy to make it available to others to enjoy.
Primary guest must be 24 yrs old at the time of booking.

The guest who books the reservation must also stay in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
