Welcome to your coastal sanctuary at Fiddler's Cove 10-I. This bright and inviting second-floor villa is designed for travelers who value both comfort and location. The open-concept living area features ample seating and a flat-screen TV, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The primary suite offers a restful retreat with a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private, covered balcony overlooking the resort's lush, manicured landscaping. For your convenience, the unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring a stress-free stay for families and long-term guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom villa. Additionally, your stay includes access to the premier amenities of the Fiddler's Cove gated community:

Two large swimming pools (one heated seasonally) and a relaxing hot tub.

Ten Har-Tru clay tennis courts and six dedicated pickleball courts.

Other Things to Note:

Security: Fiddler's Cove is a 24-hour gated community requiring a valid ID for entry.

Parking: No parking fees are required; however, all vehicle and guest information must be registered within 24 hours of booking.

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present during the stay.

Supplies: We provide a starter set of plates, bowls, and cookware. Please note that cooking essentials such as oils, spices, and chopsticks are not provided.

Pet/Smoke-Free: To maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property.

Gym: Please note that there is no gym facility on the property grounds.
