This is a BEAUTIFUL Completely Remodeled 1 Bedroom condo that is in Seaside Villas, an Ocean Front Complex! Wonderful Romantic get-a-way retreat ! Ocean views and just steps to the beach. You will find none nicer, there is nothing else like this in SeaSide Villas! This condo has been completely remodeled and has extremely high end finishes. Quality craftmanship and sleek designs, all new furnishings, luxury plank flooring, fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, smooth top cooktop, convection oven, smart microwave, dishwasher drawer and built-in refrigerator! Custom cabinetry and granite countertops. KEURIG coffee brewer, Ninja juicer/blender and toaster. Balcony table for ocean view dining! New Serta Queen hybrid mattress, lots of closet space and dresser drawers, custom made Capiz pendant lighting, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. WONDERFUL view of the ocean and close access to beach! This unit also provides beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler! This unit also includes 2 BEACH CRUISER bikes at no extra charge, no need to rent your own! This is located on the quiet side of the complex for a bit more privacy! Has a large pool and BBQ area, outdoor showers are provided and Seaside Villas is located on the main bike path! Please limit your stay to 2 weeks. Absolutely no pets ($500 per day fine) and No Smoking! Thank you!

Lovely property! My husband and I stayed from April 3-10, 2026. It was exactly like the photos, clean, lots of drawers & closet space to hang things and store empty suitcases. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay (liked that there was a Keurig). Bathroom had good space for toiletry and makeup bags. LOVED the fact that owner supplied shampoo/conditioner/bodywash being we traveled light with only carry-on baggage. Parking was never a problem. Only steps from the beach (just a short walk over the dunes). Comfortable patio with a some ocean view. Easy walk to Coligny shopping & restaurants. Beachchairs and beach cooler were a nice touch. 2 bikes were included with this condo (however, we never used them). Proximity to laundry room was a plus. Communication with the owner was great!!! Overall, this is a great, beautifully updated unit! I would, without a doubt, stay here again! Recommend for couples.

There is a lot to like about this unit. Seaside Villas is centrally located on South Forest Beach, a very short walk from popular beach bar, The Tiki, and the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort. Both are nice stops for a casual meal or a good cocktail. Inside is a master clsss on making the most of a small space, with lovely updated countertops in the kitchen and bath and newish appliances. The bath is smallish, but there’s plenty of hot water, good water pressure in the shower, and lots of fluffy towels. There’s also a balcony off the living room with a table and chairs and a partial view of the beach. Parking is plentiful and convenient with a number of covered spaces. Free bikes are ready for you under the cover. There’s a nice small pool and the broad, sandy beach is only a short boardwalk stroll away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great and we loved the easy access to the beach. The condo was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, and kitchen necessities. The bikes are a fun addition too!

Great stay in a great spot

This condo was as advertised and a great spot for our long weekend getaway! Even despite locking ourselves out (user-error), the property manager was quick to help us out. We loved using the bikes to get around all over the island! Definitely would recommend this place for great getaway!

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway!

This unit has many updates and was perfect for just the two of us! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location. Anything we needed was readily available! The only thing that could be improved was the mattress- we both found it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no mattress pad, just sheets on the bare mattress (which I didn’t care for in a rental unit). There are plenty of great dining and shopping options within walking distance! We didn’t move the car our entire trip (which my husband was happy about)! Definitely would return to this lovely property!
