Palmetto Breeze - 1st Floor Lagoon View @ HHBT!

Welcome to PALMETTO BREEZE, a newly designed Vacation Ready Services condo located at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort! Located on the 1st floor of Ocean Villa C, this 1 bed & 1 bath island retreat is the perfect location for everyone. No expense was spared when renovating this beauty. The bedroom suite includes a queen size bed, flat screen Smart TV, and chic decor. Need room to squeeze in more guests? Take advantage of the twin bed in the hall and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and includes a tub shower combo. The kitchen has all full sized appliances that include a dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and sink. The kitchen is open to a beautifully designed living room with another Smart TV as well as cable. Step out in the morning to the serene marsh facing 1st floor balcony. You’ll love to have coffee (made from either a Keurig or drip coffee maker) in the morning and listen to the wildlife. The bathroom has a tub & shower combo which is perfect for washing all of the sand off from a day at Folly Field Beach. While you are here, you'll have private WiFi and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable - including starter supplies such as dish soap/detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bathing towels for your convenience.

The resort itself is also packed with amenities: For those who love staying active, there are lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, bike rentals, and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island! There is also another pool near Admiral's Row. After a day of fun in the sun, you can grill up a feast at the designated grilling area. Jamaica Joez is one of the most popular tiki bars on the island and is unmatched during the warmer months! With a full menu to an extensive drink menu, Jamaica Joez is an absolute hit. It is also located right next to the pool as well as the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach! Speaking of the beach, umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys are provided - please let us know if you will need a beach wagon. We also provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00.

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. This condo is NON-SMOKING or VAPING and it is prohibited at the resort.
