Ocean One 102 - Beachside Ground Floor Condo

Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 102 enjoy a landscape view and won't have to cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean/Beach. King beds in the primary bedroom and BR 2. 1 Queen in BR 3 plus 2 twin beds in BR 4 along with three full-sized bathrooms. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a new grilling area to the complex in the oceanfront lawn area in between the building and the sand dunes. Unit 102 is on the ground level of a 5 story elevator building located in the South Forest Beach area. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Seashore vacations was an excellent property management company. Extremely responsive and very pleasant to deal with/ highly recommended.Condo layout was good, place very old, and out dated. Location was awesome, amenities were great, pool was heated and awesome, beach right there, and a 5 minute walk to the circle. Very family friendly, wish I could have brought my dog. We had a great time.

Charming condo in great location

I was nervous about the condo after reading one of the reviews but when we got there, we found a clean, well-stocked, ideally-located condo. The condo had everything we needed and we could shower in all 3 showers at the same time and have plenty of hot water. We enjoyed our stay and are hoping to rent it again to attend next year’s golf tournament.

Vacation 2023 Ocean One

We arrived to find dirty towels, dirty silverware in the drawer and the TV not working in the living room. Someone from the property management came to fix the TV. Pool was also closed for 2 days at the end of our stay due to a crack/hole. Otherwise great location. Condo could use some major updates.
