Ocean One 405 - Oceanfront 4th Floor Condo

This direct oceanfront 3BR condo offers unmatched views of the Atlantic Ocean while sleeping 8 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 also has a King size bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a twin size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. With decks off the living room, primary bedroom as well as bedroom 2, guests staying in Ocean One 405 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway, which was rebuilt in early 2025. The oceanfront pool also underwent extensive renovations in early 2025 with new decking & pavers, a new fence and the ability to be heated during shoulder seasons (most Likely in March, April, October and November). However, the exact dates that the pool will be heated is subject to change without notice and weather permitting. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One's amenities include a grilling area just beyond the pool. Oceanfront fire pits are located between the pool and the sand dunes and are open weather permitting during the off season. Unit #405 is only one block from Coligny Plaza, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, night life and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the Lowcountry Celebration Park which offers a playground, huge open field, and is the home of many Festivals and Concerts sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head and the Island Rec Center. Ocean One 405 may not be as updated as some of the other properties in the complex; however, it is a great value given the location, view and nearby amenities.
