Experience the newly renovated Ocean Villa C112 at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, featuring upscale finishes and a modern coastal vibe. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa comfortably sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom, child-sized bunk beds in a private hallway nook, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The open-concept kitchen boasts quartz countertops and an island for extra workspace, while luxury vinyl plank flooring flows throughout the villa. The bathroom is completely upgraded with sleek, contemporary tile work. Located on the tranquil marsh side, the villa offers a serene retreat just a short walk to the beach and resort pools.



Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort provides endless fun for the whole family. Dive into one of two swimming pools, including the island’s largest beachfront pool, or enjoy scheduled activities like Monday night movies, Wednesday karaoke, and Thursday pool parties. Stay active with 8 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, basketball, volleyball on the beach, a playground, picnic areas with grills, and bike rentals. On-site dining includes two restaurants, and nearby golf options include Port Royal Resort and Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head also offers over 50 miles of scenic biking and walking trails. Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the comprehensive amenities of the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. This includes:

Two swimming pools, featuring the island's largest oceanfront pool.

Direct, private boardwalk access to the beach.

Ten sports courts (8 Tennis and 4 Pickleball).

On-site bike rentals to explore the island’s 50-mile trail network.

Other Things to Note:

Parking: One parking pass is included with your reservation and must be displayed at all times. An additional pass is $35

Rental Requirements: The minimum age to rent is 25, and the primary renter must be present for the entire stay.

No Smoking & No Pets: This villa is strictly non-smoking and pet-free to preserve the brand-new renovations. Smoking inside the property will incur a $500 restoration fee, and the damage waiver does not cover smoking-related damage. Unauthorized pets will result in eviction and a $250 cleaning fee.

Everything you need is here with easy access to the beach, onsite restaurants, pool tennis, beach bar, etc. The communication is very good and everything set up to be easy as can be to allow for nothing but time to enjoy. The place was very clean, and the host was great and accommodating! It has a very stocked selection of cookware, but unlike some rentals, it only had salt and pepper for spices and extras. If you plan to cook, bring the essentials and the extras. Many reviewers mentioned that the place was very small, and they are correct. There's barely any walking room in the bedroom with the queen bed (I hit my leg a few times), and the bunk beds are for smaller children. The living space was more roomy, but smaller than most. Other than being a little small, the space was great!

Anniversary Trip

The unit is small, but just right for two people. The unit was very clean with one exception, the rug in the living area really needs to be replaced. It is very dirty. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The tub is very slippery. My husband and I are both seniors and were afraid of falling, so we kept a towel in the bottom . Overall it was a nice place to stay with a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant.

This property is a great place to base your Hilton Head adventure. It was clean and all updates were well-finished. It had plenty of clean towels, storage, and space for a couple. Be aware that the bedroom has no natural light and shares a wall with a corridor, leading to some noise. The view is of the parking lot, but the beach is an easy walk, even when carrying chairs, etc. The property management company is very communicative via text which was wonderful. Overall, I would stay here again for an affordable, short vacation!

Our stay was amazing. It was very clean and modern. The space is small however it was just what my husband and I needed. If you have small children the bunk beds are perfect. The space has all the utensils you will need to cook, and clean. We only needed to buy the groceries. 10/10 recommend.
