A Vacation to Remember! Tastefully decorated First Floor Villa Ocean Front Resort with ocean views from deck. First floor ocean villa with renovated kitchen and relaxing beach feel. One bedroom and one recently renovated bathroom with entry from Master Bedroom and Hall. This condo features a queen bed in the master, a pull out sofa, and a set of bunks for children. Tiled floors, granite counter tops, open floor plan and balcony with ocean views. Updated throughout with white wood molding, new vanity.



Fully stocked kitchen with dishware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and glassware. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom. Full size stove, dishwasher and microwave in kitchen. This beach villa offers everything you would expect to get in a vacation rental. Easy access to beach, pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and workout center. There is a playground and bike rentals at the resort. You are only minutes to beach and largest freshwater pool on the island including childrens pool. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of biking trails around the island in addition to bike riding on the beach at low tide.

There is a trolley that operates in the summer months and stops at the resort entrance.



Other Things to Note:

1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate. 

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Another great trip to HHI

We visit Hilton Head Island every September, & this trip was just as amazing as the last! The condo was exactly as described. The beach was beautiful & not very far of a walk to get to. The restaurant & tiki bar on-site were affordable with great food & super friendly staff. Everything was perfect!

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our trip! The only downside was the pool closes at sundown which we didn’t know about and in the evenings it was high tide at the beach. It would have been nice if the pool stayed open later than 7 so my kids could swim. Other than that it was perfect! We had a great time. They had many activities for kids and a movie night at the pool one evening where it did stay open a little later.

Great Family Vacation

Traveled to Hilton Head with two kids, ages 8 and 11. The property I felt was great for our needs. We cooked meals everyday and ate dinner on the balcony. Very short drive to grocery store, or anywhere else in HH. Also, Very short walk to the pool and beach. Being in June, the balcony seemed to always be in the shade which was nice.The highlight was all the activities that the resort had at the pool. Movie nights, karaoke, dance parties. Lots of kids and families and we really enjoyed our time

Amazing Trip

I have stayed at many properties at the HHI Beach and Tennis resort. This property was the best. It was super clean, had everything we needed, plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen accessories and appliances, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The location was beautiful, bed was comfortable, decor was lovely, and Wi-Fi password was easy to locate and worked great. As always the resort was perfect. Just a quick note that the toaster was broken, lol. No negatives whatsoever. I highly recommend this property to anyone. This trip it was just my teen-age daughter and I who stayed.
