Inside, you’ll find a comfortable main living area for movie nights and game time, a dining area for shared meals, and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to plug in. Several bedrooms offer smart TVs for winding down, and an in-home washer and dryer make longer stays simple.

Important Things to Note
• Parking and passes: Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Four parking passes are included with this rental. Please pick up your guest pass at the Palmetto Dunes Gate • Office: 16 Queens Folly Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Office: (843) 785-1120. Keep the pass in your car at all times. Garage is not available for guest use.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $150 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• Washer/dryer: In-home laundry is available.
Pool: The pool can be heated with a 48 hour notice to us. To heat the pool it is a charge of $175 per day. Please note:If the temperature outside gets to 55 degrees or unnder - the heat pump will turn off and the pool will not heat. No refunds will be given.• Fireplace: Decorative only, not for guest use.
• Security camera: One exterior camera is located over the garage and actively monitors the driveway.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
