Penthouse Condo with Yacht Views!

This Penthouse vacation rental has panoramic views of Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina where you can see all the way to Broad Creek!

This villa has over 2500 square feet of living space making it one of only a handful of true Penthouse condos in Shelter Cove and Hilton Head Island on the whole.

The Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Just off the kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for six to eight. There is additional seating for three at the kitchen pass-through.

The living area connects the dining and kitchen areas and features two large sliders to your large and private outdoor patio! The living room boasts comfortable furniture, travertine flooring and a wall-mounted Smart TV.

Completing the first floor is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, which could be used as a second primary. There is an attached bathroom with a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

Upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, the primary and second guest bedrooms. On the left, the second guest bedroom contains two queen size beds and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a custom-tiled tub and shower combination. On the right is the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is huge with its king bed, large walk-in closet and custom tiled shower.

Cook outside on the built-in grill with panoramic views of all the boats docked at Shelter Cove Marina Harbour!

The Community Pool is easily accessed within the Harbourside I complex! So many restaurants and activities are just steps away from this condo. Restaurants within this area include Ela's fine dining seafood, San Miguel's Mexican, Scott's Fish Market, Social Bakery and Top Dawg Tavern to name just a few. There are also many different shops that are just down the stairs from your condo. Activities just steps away which can be arranged include in-shore and offshore fishing trips, boat rentals, kayak tours and dolphin tours. Fireworks can easily be seen from your balcony every Tuesday between mid June to mid August (dates may be subject to change), as well as 4th of July Fireworks.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location and views were unbeatable. The host was very helpful and courteous. Prospective guests should note that the host does not provide coffee or coffee accessories, just a drip coffee machine and mugs. This is the 10th vacation rental I’ve stayed in in the last 6 years but the first to not provide coffee.

Wonderful views

Penthouse Condo Disappointing Stay

We have been visiting Hilton Head for 30+ years. This property is in need of a paint refresh and the kitchen was quite lacking . We planned to eat in and had to eat out due to lack of usable pans. Very disappointing. The view from the condo and the location were great.

Great location, great place!

Loved this condo and we plan on renting it again next year, only problem was there was only enough hot water for 2 or 3 showers and the washing machine is VERY loud. We had an infant in our room and could only do laundry when he wasn't sleeping. We had to have some people shower at night and some shower in the morning due to the lack of hot water. Other than that this place was amazing! Great patio, location and tons of space!

Harbourside happiness

Plenty of room for 8. Great views of all the boats. Right in the middle of all the action but never loud or intrusive. Listen to the music play while relaxing on HUGE balcony. Pictures don’t do it justice. Management is very helpful.

Beautiful Views - wonderful restaurants!!

Old - Outdated, needs TLC.

It was probably nice when it was built. Lay-out is very nice. Very rotted windows and latches. I don't think windows have ever been washed inside or out. Slider had broken lock. Contractors working on siding in cherry picker where at level deck and where loud. Screen door fell off. Hot tub never got hot. Faucets old and one leaked. Bathroom door in master bath hardly closes, since they never cut bottom of door down to adjust to tile height, so tile is damaged.

Perfect Penthouse on Harbour

This property is beautifully appointed, furniture, kitchen, large patio, down to the large ice maker. It is the only 2 story villa with regular stairs vs spiral staircase. The only weakness was that the basic kitchen equipment needs updating (coffee maker, frying pans) and the basic items like forks, wine glasses need to be increased to service for 6 or 8.

Beautiful location, but the condo has some safety hazzards

The condo is just beautiful and the location is ideal, but you need to be aware of some safety issues and general issues. The sliding glass doors are very old and it locks in a downward motion, so if you shut the door in the wrong way, you will be locked out and trapped on the patio ( which happened to us, including our kids, and we had to call 911). The 1st guess bedroom does not have cable; it has an amazon stick that is parental control locked so you can only watch a limited number of cartoons. Even maintenance could not fix it. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom does not work, but it does look pretty,

Breathtaking views!

The entire experience was just amazing! The view of the marina was gorgeous. The villa is as wonderfully decorated and huge! My entire family came on this trip with us and we all were comfortably accommodated. We will be back again! Highly recommend.
