The Space:

Step into a bright, open-concept coastal haven characterized by soaring vaulted ceilings and contemporary finishes. This ground-level villa has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a seamless vacation experience with no stairs to navigate. The heart of the home is the expansive living area, featuring a massive 75-inch Smart TV and plush seating, perfect for family movie nights.

The chef-inspired kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient pass-through window to the formal dining area, ensuring the cook is always part of the conversation. Retreat to the Master Suite, which boasts a luxurious King-sized bed and premium linens, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed. Large sliding glass doors lead to your private, oversized back patio—the ideal spot for alfresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine under the South Carolina stars.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire villa and the private rear patio. Located within the secure Palmetto Dunes Resort, you will have access to multiple community swimming pools, including one located just steps from your front door. The resort offers world-class amenities, including the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, tennis and pickleball centers, and miles of paved bike paths. Detailed check-in instructions and Palmetto Dunes gate pass information will be provided prior to arrival.

Nicely updated with new appliances and furniture. Great location. Check-in and checkout went very smoothly. Starter supplies were adequate although the liquid hand soap container in the bathroom was empty so only had the small travel bar for sink and shower. The bathroom door to the hallway was difficult to close - it needs an adjustment. Also, the floors need a better cleaning between guests. Would definitely give it another try next year.

Great location! Just minutes from the beach! We brought our bikes and rode to the beach daily! The condo was very clean well maintained and updated. Very quiet and peaceful! It’s located mid island so close to everything. Will definitely stay again!

We loved how beachy and remodeled the place was. We weren’t expecting it to be so updated walking into it because the outside has more of a beach shack feel. Place is very open and bigger than we imagined it would be. Our only complaints were the floor needed to be mopped…we spilt some water on it and wiped it up…it was black and also the back sliding door was hard to open and close. Also the front door catches a little when trying to close it. Oh and the water pressure in the shower is awful. Needs a new and improved shower head or something. We loved the free palmetto dune buggy service! Very comfy beds also. The dunes house beach area was very private and not as crowded as coligny where we normally stay. Will def be back in July!

Good little place, close enough to everything. Clean and tidy. Good communication throughout. Only one wish, a fridge with filtered water. Ended up buying water and filling our own ice trays. Can taste the sulfur.
