Steve was very easy to work with. Fast response with questions, flexible with check in on first day, and on short notice got a second parking pass which we weren't sure we would need. This on Thanksgiving Eve. The unit was as represented and comfortably equipped. The in-unit W/D is a plus, as we do things that get us dirty, like fishing, clamming, and oystering. He also was grateful to hear of a few minor issues that needed addressing related to some fixtures in the unit, which I appreciate. He obviously wants to keep a good reputation. There were a couple minor cleaning issues which he addressed with the cleaning service and I'm sure have been resolved. Beach was a short walk. There are no streets to cross. (I reserve 5 stars for "I open my door, cross a dune, and their I am). There are pickleball and tennis courts nearby and an active PB community. It wasn't intrusive, just noticeable with the sliders to the balcony open.None of these minor gripes will keep us from renting this unit again. We like HHB and T/PB because of beach access and the on site pub/pizza/bar food restaurant which has occasional entertainment. When the tide is out, you can bike as far as you'd like with bikes rented either on or off property. We chose electric bikes (level 1-it's like riding with the wind always at your back) and could have made Coligny Circle faster, and more safely on the low tide, hard packed beach then on the streets.
