Welcome to this charming condo in Hilton Head Island. Our complex is ocean front and the beach is just steps through the parking lot. This villa is at the front of the building and is third back from ocean front with an outstanding wide view of the ocean. This peaceful retreat features a brand new queen Serta mattress set purchased in November 2025 in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two bunk beds in the hall for smaller children. There is a 55” smart tv in the living room and a 32” smart tv in the bedroom. This villa has new flooring and was just painted throughout for 2026. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking meals. We are located on the south end of the island with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. You can park your car when you arrive and not worry about driving until it is time to go home! Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Hilton Head Island and our condo has to offer.

This condo is very clean and comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. It’s equipped with everything you need.m, except enough coffee. We stayed two days and only had two pods for the coffee maker. There was sugar, but no creamer. All in all, we were very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.
