This unit is located in Building 3 where the heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna room, and fitness room are located. The property has 2 outdoor pools, a poolside deli, and a beach restaurant/bar that are open peak season. No driving required, a 10 minute walk along the scenic boardwalk takes you to the beach. There are lighted tennis courts and pickle ball equipment available in the unit.

Great Condo with kids

We loved our stay here! It was pouring rain the day we arrived and the day after, but the kids didn't care because of the indoor pool. They had a blast, it was not crowded at all and super clean. When the weather cleared and we could go to the beach the included beach items were perfect and it was so nice to not have to pack all of our stuff from home. The directions were perfect for where the storage locker was and the included wagon made getting the gear to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

Exactly as pictured, the owners go above and beyond with the small details. Super clean and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor pools were great, the one closest to the tennis courts was never busy when we were there. Boardwalk to the beach has a shuttle which is super helpful! My friends and I will definitely be coming back to this rental.

Very pleasant experience!

Staying at the Sea Gem was a great experience! Debbie was always quick to respond to any questions before our reservation time. The villa is very welcoming and everything had been explained thoroughly and we navigated with ease! We cooked most of our meals during our 10 day stay and the kitchen was very efficient! Amenities were excellent! The beach supplies were so convenient! We would definitely stay here again! As far as the actually resort goes, it was also very convenient. Layout was nice and the staff members we encountered were friendly. The walk to the beach isn't too long. Probably 7-10 minutes, depending on which building you're in. The boardwalk is beautiful and the shuttle runs constantly, however we never used it because we always took so much stuff with us. Minor complaints about the resort (which wouldn't keep us from staying at the resort again) is everything could use a little TLC. (Again, resort- not Villa) Maybe some fresh paint, upgraded elevators, or small updates like that would give the place a fresh look and make it have a better feel to it. But again, everything was very convenient and nice! If you want fancy, this resort is not for you. However, its clean and tidy. One other small complaint is the indoor pool (the only one we used). We did not care for the concrete texture of the pool walls/floor. We were constantly scratching our feet and my son even split his toe open and was bleeding. Nothing major, but an update on the pool would be nice.

Fun at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay the condo was great we had everything we needed and then some the owner communicated with us before during and after our stay they even left us extra stuff and a goodie basket with a card just those extra touches made our stay so much better and easier because they literally have everything you will need to know in a book and we definitely appreciated that the resort could use some updates but overall we used the amenities and had a blast so I would definitely go back!!!

Our family of five enjoyed renting the Sea Gem. It was just the right size for us, and conveniently located less than 15 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The descriptions of the property were accurate, and the available beach gear was much appreciated. We would definitely rent this space again.
