**Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project Phase 3 to Begin Early September 2025**
Phase 3 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin September 2, 2025, and is estimated to continue through early spring 2026.
Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Project Work Zone Includes:
Lighthouse Lane from Mizzenmast Lane to 47 Lighthouse Lane
Mizzenmast Lane- Windjammer Court intersection to Lighthouse Lane
Spinnaker Court
As of October 1st:
-Major stormwater drainage construction is in progress.
