We needed a place to stay as we were coming to visit some friends in Hilton Head. This turned out to be a really great place! New renovations with some of the bathrooms and the bedrooms were nice and clean communication with the manager was prompt and fast and she took care of any questions and concerns we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place, clean and quiet. Bathrooms and bedrooms updated; kitchen very small but well supplied. Biggest issue: furniture in TV room insufficient and uncomfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and some of us had to sit at dining room table to watch TV.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect (can walk to Coligny and Beach.) The complex has a nice private pool that can only be accessed through the condos. The owner was very accommodating and answered all my emails quickly.

Great place

Our family stayed here 2 nights & it was great! We love this location near coligny. Condo was clean, beds comfortable & bathrooms updated. Condo had all necessaries we needed. Kitchen was small & little dated but suited our purpose. Great outdoor patio & close to pool. Host responded very quickly to question. Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently Located

My husband and I stayed at this villa for 3 months February – April and had our family visit for a week in early April. We found it to be a good location for exploring the island on our bikes, cycling the many trails and the expanse of stunning beaches. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to a grocery store and a selection of restaurants. The kids enjoyed the huge adventure park just a short walk away. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the second and third floors have been tastefully and very comfortably renovated making it great for a family or couples. The main floor and front entrance could use a facelift with more comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen is dated and small but is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The A/C and heating worked well. Yelizaveta is quick to respond and resolve any concerns ... good to know that garbage collection is twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday.

This is a perfect rental for the beach. Very close to beach access and lots of shops, but still quiet. Lots of space and all the necessities.
