Not a bad property for a stay with max 3 people. The kids bunk beds have a bent side rail, making the top bunk not usable. The bottom bunk had a 3 inch “mattress” that was more like a military cot pad. The pull out sofa needed to be replaced 10 years ago: the mattress was supplemented with a foam pad that caused the couch to sit at an angle. The master bed was to our liking and the provided bedding was acceptable. TVs had been updated recently and worked great. The floors were filthy and bottoms of our feet were black within minutes of arriving. There were 4 towels and wash cloths left for us on our 3 night stay with 4 people. Overall, not a bad location or room for our group size, but priced high for what was provided.
