With tranquil lagoon views, a private pool, and an unbeatable central location, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation, recreation, and classic Hilton Head Island living.

Designed with both comfort and entertaining in mind, the home features multiple living spaces and a thoughtful layout that works beautifully for families or golf groups. The main level welcomes you into a spacious open-concept living area with a striking fireplace centerpiece, Smart TV, and sweeping views of the pool and backyard. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, a built-in wine refrigerator, generous pantry space, and an additional refrigerator in the garage. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for six at the island.

Also on the first floor is the primary suite, offering a King bed, Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. A separate den with pocket doors provides added flexibility, featuring a Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace—perfect as a second living area, office, or extra sleeping space.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of room for guests. One Queen bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms—one with a King bed and one with a Queen and Twin XL—share a full hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the home.

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house was even better than advertised and the location within Sea Pines is ideal. We had 6 adults in the house and there was more than enough room. This house comes fully equipped with everything you would need and then some. I'm hoping this isn't the last time I get to rent this house.

Outstanding Home and Location

The home was perfect for beautiful Thanksgiving with family. Loved the big dining table as great for meals and games with family in evening. Just a few suggestions: A clock in the living room as there are times families may wish to put all cell phones away. :-) Advised extra car passes could be purchased at gate however no warning that it was cash only. Please advise in advance as many people do not keep 20 in cash.

Short walk to beach in Sea Pines

We spent a June week back at Hilton Head for the first time in awhile. The home was perfect for our family of 6, three generations with a 9 & 11 year old. We loved the pool, the walk to the beach was about 7 minutes, and the location in Sea Pines was great for biking to lots of things. Would prefer to receive the Sea Pines pass online rather than needing to go to the rental office. With two different cars arriving separately and the HORRENDOUS traffic coming on the island, it would make arrival so much more pleasant.

Excellent house - the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach (though a little awkward bc you have to walk through a small part of the golf course), close to all the bike trails, nice pool (though it could have been cleaned more often than it was), space for everyone! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back - we would definitely rent the house again!

Wonderful house layout! Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans/ dishes, etc... We loved our stay. Only negative was the mosquitoes in backyard were HORRIFIC. There was a machine to help get rid of them, but it seemed to make no difference as there were dozens of mosquitoes near the machine. I believe the insane volume of mosquitoes may have been secondary to the gutters needing to be cleaned. They were FULL to the rim with pine straw. I reported this to the rental company. I would HIGHLY recommend this home! Excellent stay even with the mosquitoes!

Great Home for Our Family!

The house was as represented with expected wear and tear. The pool was perfect for our family with young children and adults as well. Easy walk to a beautiful beach that was spacious with a minimal number of people. Quick access to Harbour Town area and restaurants/shopping. Excellent bike paths for easy, flat bicycle excursions!

Our stay was wonderful! We come to HHI every year and this has been our absolute favorite place. The home was had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the open floor plan Was perfect for when our other family members stopped by to hang out with us. The pool was perfect after an afternoon at the beach and we loved the closeness to the beach. Exceptional property! I hope we can get the same house again next year.

Great family location!

Great all around location and very nice, well kept home. Lots of space for family gatherings - meals, games, etc. Some had to work, so we appreciated the additional living area with a small desk, and screened in patio. The pool was perfect for our 9 mos old grandson, with the shallow ledge for playing. 6+ bikes were a plus - allowed us to cancel the others we reserved prior to our trip. Just love all the bike trails and access to golf! Would definitely come again.

We love Sea Pines. Home was nicely laid out. Need to leave instructions on operating electric cook top when it locks. Property was clean except for upstairs needing dusting under beds and a set of sheets had makeup on them. All things were fixable. Pool was perfect and walk to the beach was very doable.

Bright and spacious

House was very spacious and clean. Layout was perfect for 9 adults. Overall it is a bit tired and could use an update. Also there is a control on air conditioning degrees which made the upstairs a bit warm. Outside pool area was lovely and short walk to beach was perfect.

Great Getaway

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and it was wonderful. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and another family of 3. The check in/Check out process was super easy. The house was very clean and uncluttered. The pool heat worked just fine which was great because the weather wasn’t exceptionally warm. The screened in room was a wonderful bonus and very comfortable. The short walk to the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Sea Pines Stay

The home was lovely. There was an issue with the pool chlorinator not working and the pool turned green. (Which was very fitting considering all the tree frogs that invaded the pool patio each night!) I called and they immediately sent someone to resolve the pool issue. The walk to the beach was longer than we expected since it was listed “on the beach path.” Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
