Recently renovated and nicely decorated, this Oceanfront Villa offers a spectacular direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean! No parking lot in sight. No other building in sight.

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette for indoor dining. The living area has a queen sized sofa with HD TV and DVD. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with HD Smart TV and DVD. High speed Internet is provided. The balcony is off the bedroom on the oceanfront side of the villa where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of and sounds of the ocean. Unlike most units, this villa has central AC which offers consistent comfort throughout. We are walking distance up the beach to Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants. Additional amenities include an on-site pool, outside showers for residents and guests and grilling areas.

From our condo we had a beautiful ocean front view. The manager, Mike was very responsive and we had very good communication. We have enjoyed our stay in that condo and very likely return in the future. The only thing that bothered us was the awful taste of tap water. We couldn’t drink the tea only after I bought still spring water. It was perfect nonetheless the water.

Great trip!

This condo was perfect for our vaca! The condo was clean, right on the beach, and Michael’s great communication made for an almost perfect trip. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative was there was some excessively loud music at night, yelling, and odors coming from neighboring renters. We were there the week of July 4th so it was crowded and there was a little more late night partying going on around us than we are accustomed to. But the condo and Michael were great!

Mike had everything you need for a stay at his place…we stayed for 2 weeks and couldn’t aske for a better place or location….mike helped me get my laptop setup with spectrum TV….had the rep talk me thru it and all was good,as I was working remote…view was fabulous…check in easy….wish the weather was better, but that was not mikes fault…lol…..TV’s are a little out dated,but that was not an issue…great place will do its in if available.

Great Hilton Head stay

This has to be the best condo available in Seaside Villas. I love the layout... There is only one set of stairs from the paking area. And when you walk in the condo door, you are walking into the living space, not the bedroom. The bedroom is located at the end by a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony. This eluminates any noises from the hallway and allows you to wake up to a beautiful vivew ov the front lawn. The condo was clean and well kept with a full size stove and refrigerator. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. I cannot wait till I book this again next year.

Excellent location. Close to many restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. First floor condo is a plus if climbing steps is a problem. Bedroom is very roomy with a view of the ocean. This condo is one of the few at Seaside Villas that has central heat/ air, which is definitely a plus during the warm summer months. Condo was stocked with all the essentials to get your stay started. Owner is very good to work with. You won’t go wrong spending your vacation in this condo.

Fantastic

I've been staying at SSV for over 25 years now, and the location can't be beat. This particular condo is very well maintained, clean, and had lots of little extras other units have not offered. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and can't wait until I am able to return.
